For the benefit of our customers we accept product returns and refunds to customers. For returns and refunds, please read the following instructions.

1. Conditions for Returns and Refunds.

 1.1.Regulations on time

It takes no more than 8 days from the time the shipping provider notices you have received the product for the physical product. Normally you will receive the item in 3-7 business days. The case is not later than 15 days after placing the order due to delay caused by the shipping service provider. So please contact us if you have not received your product within 15 days of placing your order. The maximum time for us to accept refund requests for products not received is 45 days from the date of purchase.
For digital products such as images, print design files of products, videos, audio files, music or audio books, we accept refunds within 30 days from the date of purchase. However, you must not have downloaded it. If you have downloaded digital files we will not accept returns.

    For custom designed digital products such as photo album design files, picture designs, shirt designs, etc., we do not accept returns when customers confirm the order. Because the product is custom-made, we cannot recall the product.
    The product was found to be defective by the manufacturer upon receipt.
    The product is not the same as the product you ordered on our website.
  • The customer changes his mind after purchase for a custom designed physical or digital product if the order has been shipped by us or the design has begun. Please contact us immediately for assistance. We cannot guarantee that a return request will be accepted in this case, but if the order has not been dispatched or produced, we will do our best to cancel the order for you. Note that this is a special support outside of our return policy, not a guarantee in commitment.

2.3. Contact via hotline.

Our hotline number is +1 (307)314 5700. Call us and request a refund. Please prepare the following information in advance so that we can process your request faster:

2.4. Via email

We receive customer refund requests via email [email protected]. If sending a refund request via email, please note the following requirements in order for your request to be processed as quickly as possible:

  3. The reason you are requesting a refund.

2.5. Via our store

We accept returns and refund requests at 31 Monmouth Ave, North Middletown, NJ 07748, United States. Before coming to our store please bring the product if you buy the physical product, remember the order number for both digital product and physical product types. We may require identity verification through the email or phone number you provided in your order at pre-payment.

3. Shipping

For the product in the book you must return the product to us before we will give you a refund. Before carrying out the shipment, please note the following requirements:

You must receive an email confirming the acceptance of your refund request. In the email we will send a return label. You must print this label out and put it on your order before sending it to us.

We do not accept and are not responsible for the products that customers arbitrarily send to our store. So please be patient and make sure you put a return label on the parcel you send us. Absolutely do not send goods without receiving the email confirming the return request and return label we send.

4. When will I receive my refund.

For physical product , we only issue refunds after we have received the returned product and have made sure it is in compliance with our returnable conditions. We will refund you 3-5 business days after we receive the returned product from you.

For digital product we will refund in 1-3 business days after confirming the refund request. We will revoke your permission to download the product, so please do not attempt to download the product for which a refund is requested. We will cancel the refund request if you make the download.

Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

5. Changes To Our Return Refund Policy

We reserve the right to change our return and refund policy without prior notice.
